Job Summary
As the Resident Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk/office, providing a warm, professional welcome to prospective residents, current residents, guests, and vendors. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, support the leasing team with applications and move-ins, and help ensure the community runs smoothly day to day. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will be essential to creating a positive first and lasting impression of the community.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk/office, providing a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Greet and tour prospective residents through the community, model units, and amenities, highlighting features and benefits.
- Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and leads to convert interest into signed leases.
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and availability in the property management system.
- Assist with move-in coordination, including paperwork, orientation, and welcome packets.
- Handle resident concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating as needed.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and follow established safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and effective time management.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, quality-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales and customer-service conversations, including converting leads into leases.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with diverse individuals and open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with property management software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Education & Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or leasing; apartment industry experience preferred.
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Regular interaction with residents, prospects, guests, and vendors is required throughout the workday, and the employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions while touring outdoor areas of the property.Note
